The Training

Our mission is to help you reach your goals as quickly as possible by working with one of our Nationally Certified and highly qualified Personal Trainers. Our personal trainers are available for training at our studio or in your home or office. Our trainers also believe and practice the principles they are passing on to you!

All of our personal training packages include a full one-hour training session as well as nutritional counseling. A workout program is tailored to suit the needs of every individual and includes on going body fat analysis and on going fitness evaluations. Each training session may incorporate a flexibility component, cardiovascular training, strength training, plyometrics, core exercises, stability ball exercises, and Pilates. We also have a full line of supplements to help you replenish and rejuvenate between your workout sessions.

Insurance Services

We have combined forces with Dr. Grace Hameister to utilize preventative, whole-body integrative health care through major health insurance providers. This would include cardiovascular training, strength training, core exercises, stability ball exercises, proprioceptive exercises, active and passive stretching and nutrition to name a few. Major health insurance providers are accepted. Contact us to check eligibility.

Free Consultation

We always provide a free fitness consultation for all customers. This includes a tour of the studio, a medical history assessment, a fitness assessment and a nutritional evaluation. We also encourage setting a realistic attainable goal before we start. An overview of our training packages and pricing options will be presented at this time.

Ongoing Assessments

We evaluate your progress throughout your training program to ensure that you are on the right path. These regular assessments can include body fat composition, body weight assessment, flexibility testing, cardiovascular recovery evaluation, and muscular strength/endurance testing.
