Spinning is a unique form of cardiovascular exercise that brings the elements of road cycling and mountain biking indoors. A great form of high-energy group exercise, spinning integrates powerful music, total body conditioning and endurance into a 50-minute workout. Individualized for people of all ages and abilities, our spinning program uses top quality stationary bikes, along with the guidance of certified instructors, to help you obtain the best workout possible. A great spinning class can assist you in achieving the most efficient calorie burn ever! It has been calculated that you can burn over 600 calories in your 50-minute ride.

BikeBootcamp

BikeBootcamp is a cycling class that incorporates weighted exercises on and off the bike to combine toning, strengthening and weight loss all in one! The class format varies regularly. From exercise circuits with weights to uphill climbs on the bike this 60 minute high energy class is great for all fitness levels. Be ready to get sweaty and feel great!
